# Why use our Advance Care Planning tool?

The ACP tool enables providers to streamline an Advance Care Planning conversation via discussion prompts, document storing, and automated billing. 

Our tool automates the following within athena:

- Documentation in the A&P
- Diagnosis added with supporting language and z code attached
- E&M code based on the length of the discussion (1123F, 99497) posted  on the billing tab.
- Under the clinical document section of athena you will find the acknowledgement of advanced directive
- Quality measure marked as satisfied on the quality tab
