# Payer Label

**Payer Label:**

This is where you will see if the patient is insured by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or part of a value-based arrangement.

If a patient has more than one insurance, the first one is selected and “Affirm Health Insights” are shown for that insurance. Changing the insurance will apply relevant “Affirm Health Insights”
