# Accessing the Huddle

**Access the Huddle** 

From any page within athenaClinicals, select the ‘Apps’ tab along the top toolbar. Within the dropdown, choose Huddle.

As a physician, your daily schedule of appointments will automatically load. Other providers and administrators will need to associate themselves with the physician(s)' schedule they'd like to see. 

To do so, click 'Manage Teamlets'.

Search for a physician by name and click 'Join'. You may join more than one providers teamlets.

Once a teamlet has been joined, the physician's schedule for that day will load for digital viewing or printing. To see a different physician's schedule, simply click the teamlet dropdown and select the provider's name who's schedule you would like to view.
