The Huddle Encounter View is a patient centric version of the Huddle that users can launch out of the Assessment and Plan portion of the encounter. A benefit of this view is it allows users to see patient details and open care gaps for a specific individual instead of viewing the Huddle as an entire day’s schedule.
How do I access the Huddle Encounter View?
Within the Assessment and Plan portion of a patient’s chart, click the Huddle Encounter View link to launch the application within the frame.
What patient information does the Huddle Encounter View display?
- Patient name, DOB, MRN
- Patient Insurance
- Appointment Time and Type
- Provider Name
- Any Outstanding Care Gaps or Quality Measures that can be addressed by the point of care team
